Terms of Service

These terms describe the baseline rules for using PayChainHQ. Enterprise agreements, order forms, or jurisdiction-specific addenda may supplement these terms where applicable.

Last updated March 8, 2026Applies to public site, dashboard, API, and hosted invoice surfaces

Eligibility and account use

You may use PayChainHQ only if you are authorized to act on behalf of a business or organization and can legally enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials, API keys, webhook secrets, and team permissions secure.

Service scope

  • PayChainHQ provides business-facing payment tooling, including invoice creation, hosted invoice pages, webhook delivery, treasury workflows, billing, and team management.
  • Staging and live environments are distinct. Access to live functionality may require onboarding review, approval, and additional operational controls.
  • PayChainHQ may add, modify, or remove features as part of normal product development.

Fees and billing

Businesses start on PAYG by default unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Paid subscription upgrades activate only after the corresponding billing invoice is paid.

If a paid subscription is not renewed by the end of the applicable grace period, the account may revert to PAYG under the then-current billing policy.

Network fees, gas costs, and external blockchain costs remain pass-through unless expressly included in a separate commercial agreement.

Acceptable use and compliance

  • Do not use PayChainHQ for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, deceptive conduct, or prohibited goods and services.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, environment restrictions, billing controls, approval flows, or security checks.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with laws applicable to your business, customers, and jurisdictions.

Blockchain and network risk

Blockchain networks are operated by third parties and may experience congestion, reorgs, pricing volatility, failed transactions, unexpected fees, or wallet compatibility issues.

PayChainHQ does not control underlying blockchains, wallet software used by payers, or third-party node/network providers.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where required to protect the platform, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time, but some data and financial records may remain subject to retention and reconciliation obligations.

Intellectual property

PayChainHQ and its associated software, branding, documentation, and service interfaces remain the property of PayChainHQ and its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

Disclaimers and liability limits

Except as expressly stated in a separate agreement, the service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, uninterrupted blockchain connectivity, or error-free third-party integrations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayChainHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to any additional contractual requirements that apply to your account.
